Hi there! The most efficient way to get in contact with someone would be to send us a direct message on social media (Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter). Our social media manager will then escalate your issue to the appropriate teams.
You will have to submit all documents and have your background and credit run. The move in fee will remain as is for the original lease holder. Theres a 1 time move in fee for the household not per lease holder. You will need to keep in mind that if your application is denied, the full application even for the original leaseholder will also be decline. So if you have had any recent of elections or criminal background you may not want to be added as a leaseholder and instead just be an occupant. As an occupant if your name is listed on the least as an occupant but you do not have to have a credit check and are not responsible for the lease.
