This place is by appointment likewise all the warehouses i have visited iin Chicago. The entrance is very well indicated on the street. Waiting area is small. But again don’t miss the entrance. It is one side residential and other side industrial. I wouldn’t advise you to come and find parking overnight unless you have no appointment or you are late!
