You can go to Jewel Osco's in the city. The one I know, because its close to my work, is State and Ohio, though you should be able to call one closer to you. We have a $0.07 bag fee, to discourage plastic bags. Its not infrastructure that's the problem.
No. It's a drop off for recycling materials
No. If they are computer batteries, go to 1150 n. North Branch St drop off
no. just blue dumpsters that you load your material into.
There are only giant dumpsters for cardboards, papers, and #1/2 plastics
No, only things you'd put in your household recycling bin
Yes. Plastics #1-5, 7 can be placed in blue carts or local drop offs.
Yes. Anything that can go in a regular blue bin.
I would say yes but consider donating them to a library or kids program.
This spot is for recycling only, no trash
The dumpsters (couple) are huge with doors that open where you can dump your recycling
If you have some recyclables you can dump those at city of chicago drop off center (1758 s Clark st) if you have some things you can give away you can do that at the goodwill. Helps with tax returns and for trash if it's a lot you can do 1 800-got-junk
