A terrible bus company the bus driver is late dropping my son off in the evening this one time, usually she's on time dropping him off. My son has been telling me that she's constantly on the phone eating nuts and talking on the phone while driving at the same time. Then the driver had the nerve to called my son liar and I called her lazy . She called me lazy back and that's when she closed the door in my face. Very unprofessional of her as a bus driver. My special needs child also been telling me that she's being mean to him and the other kids on the bus. She's also been showing up to early in the morning at 8:07 rather then showing up at 8:25 which is the pickup time. Then she had the nerve to say that 8:07 is the pickup time. What I want to know why they keep changing the pickup times. That's crazy. I wish they stop changing my son bus company s back and fourth. They are ridiculous. Cps need to get it together.

I remember one bus attendant and driver who were very nice! The names were Ms. Marquez and Mr. Cross! Very good at what they do!

It's hard to keep drivers. With the hours and pay, many drivers decide to move on to positions that assist more with maintaining their income. Both the company and School transportation need to come together to find a solution. It's not just AM. It's all companies
My bus attendant is amazing shes the most polite woman i no and very helpful to the students amd parents
You need to go to the (CPS ) Chicago Public School your child gose to and talk to someone in transportation.There is no charge the school system pays for it.
Starting pay is $13/hr and the hours depend on the route
