I started as an owner operator with happiness because I thought everything they promised was true , at the end all was a LIE to bring drivers only to do 2 to 3 loads a week , wait all day home for a load , the question is WHY DON’T tell the drivers the truth !??? Try don’t send rates except if you ask , they waist your day waiting for their call for load which means you can’t plan anything if no loads (they never call you if no load ), no trips details in statements (just money) !!! So hard to know what you get paid for ! People are nice there but too much lies there from recruiters.

Being a truck driver for the past 6 years. I have met my fair share of shady companies with broken hope and empty promises. Until I stumbled upon this company. Real Trucking has been great. I feel they’re the only company that lives up to its name, literally. They keep it real, so real that a year later I’m still with them and believe me when I say I don’t usually stay no more than six months before I move on to the next company. But not with Real. In fact I’m proud to say if it wasn’t for other commitments I had I would retire from this company. From their honesty to their work ethic as a team they really have their drivers back. The DRM team, well when you meet with them you’re not just another driver to them they treat you as partners and best friends. I could go on forever on everything I like about this company that’s how long the list is. But believe me you will not regret working with them. Thank you Real Trucking. Sincerely a happy driver😊
