Really should eliminate that pissed off, angry sounding officer , on the recording and answer the phone when people call for help. What if a burglary, crime or shooting is happening near you? They should answer the damn phone!!!!!

How do you go about reporting a problem with (the same cars) vehicles parking as close to the curb as possible at Parkes Drive & 27th Avenue & most days they are double parked so you have to go completely in the opposite lane to make the turn.
