Sooo slow. Employees are working hard but not enough of them. Plus fancy mobile orders ruin everything. Also, let them unionize. This review is for Starbucks corp as a whole.

I have been a loyal customer to this Starbucks, but recently I have noticed a pattern of unusual behaviors. I ordered a double shot espresso with a little bit of steamed milk but instead I got milk foam. When asked to add more steamed milk instead of foam they wanted to charge me more money. When asked why, they told me their store manager told them to do that. I decided to go to a different coffee shop

After walking into this location I've never seen coffee made so slow. There were 8 people before me and a mobile order also arrived in the midst. I ordered and sat for 20 minutes waiting for my French Vanilla Latte; the coffee wasn't burnt and tasted exactly the way I expected it to, which was great! However, the slow pace and the unwillingness to help with a growing crowd is a huge downfall. I will not return to this Starbucks for awhile.
