We went here for our wedding anniversary on a rainy day. Our server was awesome , food was also good. Great Romantic view of the Sundance square.

I will preface this one-star review with an acknowledgement that I know this is not everyone's experience. I've heard such wonderful things about this place, so I know this probably isn't how the experience is every night. But, I think that the management team ought to know about my experience for training's sake. There are three things that caused this poor review. First, the general atmosphere created by the staff. I was here on a Saturday evening, and most of the workers we encountered looked flustered. We waiting for a long time to be seated (we had reservations), and everyone seemed too busy to great us, see how we were doing, etc. It wasn't that they were rude, it was just that there was a general atmosphere of panic/anxiety, which set the mood off from the start. Second, our waitress was comically awful. She had one of the most unpleasant personalities that I've ever encountered while at a restaurant. From the moment she "greeted" us, I never saw her smile, she was rude, short-sentenced, always in a hurry, and rarely checked in on us. After each encounter with the waitress, our whole party would just look wide-eyed at each other, usually with laughs of unbelief. It was a running joke that night that we must have made her incredibly mad on accident, and that we better try staying on her good side. (If a manager would like to know who the waitress was, feel free to reach out. I'd rather not blast them online). Third, I was highly disappointed with my meal. I ordered the pork chop (so maybe that was my fault to begin with?), and it came out burnt and dry. It was incredibly tough, hard to cut/chew, and generally unpleasant due to the dryness and charcoal exterior. I usually wouldn't write a review like this, but I chose to for a few reasons. First, the service that was provided by our waitress was unacceptable. For the amount of money we paid for a nice meal, we would expect to be served by someone who would at least pretend to want to be there. Second, I know that mistakes happen, and that management generally likes to be made aware of them for the sake of learning and training. Third, I know that my review will not hurt Del Frisco's business, as they are so highly spoken of by the public. I simply want this to be helpful for the restaurant when they read it!

Came in last weekend for our late evening dinner reservation. Walked into six hostesses arguing with some potential patrons, then we awkwardly stood there until we were greeted. It took about two minutes for them to figure out who would take us to our table. Service was sub-par. Our server was not friendly, and only spoke to my boyfriend. He posed every question to my boyfriend, even the ones about my order. The food was horrible. I ordered a burger with the truffle mac on the side. My burger came without the mac, and instead fries. I did order fries, but for the table, not with my meal. My boyfriend had to ask the server where my mac was after about eight minutes. To add to the disappointing night, the food was horrible. Burger had basic condiments and was nothing special. (Go to Rodeo Goat for a great burger instead). The truffle mac was disgusting. Just white cheddar mac with oil on the top for the fake "truffle" taste. It was more mushroom tasting than anything. Bizarre. The fries were also horrendous. They came cold and tasted horrible. Like they were from the freezer... My boyfriend ordered the steak sandwich and mushrooms as his side. His sandwich was not great, the creamy horseradish and mushroom side was his favorite part. Overall, for $88 plus tip, go anywhere else. Poor service and terrible food/quality seals the deal for me to never go back. Notes I am a former expo/hostess/server. I have also dined at Del Frisco's in Southlake. This was not up to par and was not up to Del Frisco's standard.

This place was pretty good. We had reservations but had to wait for 30-minutes before being set. I was shocked at the limited menu. It fit on one page. I guess I expected more. The food we did order was very good. I had the Prime Steak Sandwich (would have been better with some Swiss cheese). My wife had the lamb burger wrapped in lettuce. As I said they were both very good. When our food came out... everything, and I mean everything was cold. I had to have a manager come over. He quickly whisked it away and brought us all new food. This disappointed me. However he did comp us some delicious coconut cream pie. Therefore the rating. I would have given this place 3-stars based upon the cold food but since the manager made things right... I brought it up to 4. Question is... Would I come back? Definitely.

Yes, you can order online for delivery or pickup.
I've been there many times and I've never seen live music inside Del Frisco's. However, it is in Sundance Square just across from the Sundance Square stage. Plan well, and you could have dinner and a show. Especially if you get a good seat on the covered patio.
I think you can validate your parking. Lots of free parking downtown too. Make sure to read the signs!
Or use Sundance square valet and get the hostess to validate the ticket so you don't have to pay for it
Yes. Across the street, off of Commerce. The restaurant will validate.
No, they do not. However, the garage near the AMC theater is free for the weekends starting at Friday at 6pm.
