PROS :REALLY PRETTY CONS : SUBPAR HOA & Crazy insulated neighborhood Ben Lorick will yell at you if you “break” the gate, he’s a grown man on the HOAs architectural control committee, In no way is an architect but they thought he could do something ? He lives on the corner by the gate, really unprofessional, he walked up to my car yelling and screaming while I tried to apologize about the gate, it tapped my car then went sideways you think people responsible for Representing the HOA would be more in control, there’s better neighborhood with no or better more involved HOAs ID SERIOUSLY CONSIDER PURCHASING ANYWHERE ELSE Or buy my place
