Make reservation. Tell them time. And date. But give them two or one day advance. They need to do bus schedules in advances and the drivers for the routes. They can tell you if possible or not
They have bus that takes you to the doctor but you have to call them. I youse them all the time for the doctor. Call to get it set up most inshore cover it with a copay it not that much. So call them they can help you bether than I can so good luck
The phone lines open at 5, however there is usually a dispatcher there by 4:30. If you need to reach someone before 5, try pressing 1 or 299 when the phone recording starts.

It runs every hour after 9 am until 5
It would be the Rt. 10 bus. Just after 9:15. That would get you to Memorial Hospital around 10:20 or so.
