I have been using the BCRTA for my transportation needs and I have also been having an extremely difficult time finding put by either calling or getting on their website, an easy to read and understand bus route, pickup times, schedules, and the exact pickup location of the correct busses with confidence as I have missed the bus twice and had to walk a Ling distance for myself back home. Also the hours of operation.
