I canceled an appointment but they never released my insurance hold!! When I called to to ask for it to be released, during business hours, I got the after hour service center which hung up on me 3 times! The online chat is useless and they don't have email access to contact them. Horrible horrible!

Everything is fine except trying to pick up my new glasses. Can only get there on Saturdays because of work. Get there 20 minutes before they close and the optician has already left for the day. I know I got there late, but why is there no optician there until closing??? I was told I could have my glasses but would have to come back for any adjustments, which is something that EVERYONE needs, so why offer it???

Terrible place for glasses. I went here for a new pair after cataract surgery and despite a couple visits, where I was told the glasses were fine, I cannot see well, despite the surgery being successful.

I needed to get a new pair of glasses and dreaded the hassle of picking out frames and waiting in lines to be called upon. I’ve been hearing a lot of great things about VisionWorks from my family, friends, and colleagues. I asked them where did they get their glasses from, they all said,.”Visionworks”, with the exception of two who went to other optical stores and were very dissatisfied. I went to Visionworks in Webster, NY and instantly greeted by Leslie and she helped me pick out my frames. I was then asked to sit with their optician for measurements to the frames. I was treated exceptionally well all through out this entire process. My perspective on purchasing glasses has changed exponentially. Thank you Visionworks!

I walked in and they gave me a replacement pair on the spot but I've been there before. It really depends on who's working. But if you just want to check out frames and arent trying to buy them on the spot you should be fine
