This is literally a crack hotel, don't waste your money and time here. The restaurant was terrible, the service was a disaster.

Hands down one of the worst hotel stays me and my mom have had yet. Number 1. After traveling through two different airports, we arrive to check in at 9:30pm, the girls at the desk gave us our room key and when we arrived to the room it was already occupied with someone they failed to check in hours prior to our arrival. No apology, nothing, just a little giggle followed by "Maybe we should check them in now " Number 2. We ordered the chocolate and champagne to be in our rooms and it was not, we were told they couldn't even locate the chocolate. Number 3. The room was gross, the carpet felt sticky like it had never been cleaned, the beds had a hole in the middle that we just kept rolling into, the fridge didn't work so we had to throw all our stuff away, the lights and the thermostat were broken. Extremely unprofessional. Still have not been refunded. Will never stay there again

Low class. Never stay in the lower level or in this hotel at all. the maids have parties there in early hours and wake you up. If you want to sleep in you will be critically disappointed!

Every employee I spoke to was happy and seem to enjoy the job they were doing. They were pet friendly which was a huge bonus. Not once did we hear kinds screaming. Best part is you can have a pool view which guess what you are going to hear families enjoying the time at the pool or you can have have a room that faces the outside that is unbelievably quite. This will forever be our go to hotel. Amazing views, not a ton of traffic in and out, within walking distance to certain things, offer a great shuttle anywhere really. Even our dog who who hates everyone and everything enjoyed his stay! Thank you to the wonderful staff! Especially the ladies up front who always went above and beyond!
