If you get your passport photo taken here, be aware that they don't follow the state department guidelines for taking photos so your photo may be rejected when you get to your passport appointment. This happened to me. When I took the photo back and asked for a refund, the owners daughter wanted to argue with me about it, saying that she was smiling in her passport. I had just gotten back from my appointment to get my passport renewed and had their photo rejected by the post office employee so it was particularly grating to get a snotty attitude from her. When I asked to speak with the owner so I could suggest they train their employees better, she informed me that the owner wasn't there but SHE was the owner's daughter, as if that meant anything.

They ripped me off here. UPS overnight international was so expensive that I chose a slower 3-5 day shipping. They didn't make it clear that this other option was not UPS. It turned out I was shipping via USPS, paying 2.5x what they charge at the post office. 15 days in my shipment has not arrived and I am in a pinch. Found out at a different UPS store that UPS overnight was cheaper than the useless shipment I sent from this store.
