Teran stuck with me! I had no idea that the one thing I really wanted (a gas cooktop) would be so hard to find in my price range, and it is something that often isn't shown on the MLS listing. The only way to know for sure was to comb through the photos of all of the kitchens in the various listings to double-check that the stove was gas. And, Teran did it! I am now happily in my place, below my max budget, and with exactly the kitchen I need.

Absolutely! WE have weekend appointments and open houses in Carlsbad frequently.
That really depends on your schedule and how many properties you want to see. I am flexible so we can work around your schedule to visit as many or as few homes for sale in the Carlsbad area.
