We had booked a weekend on late notice back in March and then Covid happened...Val was great and worked with us to rescheduled the weekend for when we felt it was safe to go..(6 months later) The location was great for our plans, house was large, bigger than we really needed. Clean on the inside, no complaints. It's a house in the woods could use some tlc to make it really stand out and piano needs to be tuned..lol. Would definitely rent from them again..when traveling to the Poconos. Thanks again 👍

The staff at this place is terrible. We booked one of their properties through AirBnB. We had some (reasonable) criticisms regarding the check-in process, poor and slow communication from the company (no one in the office during LDW to respond to issues re: check in - our names were not left at the check in gate, incorrect lockbox code to enter the house we booked, incorrect wifi/roku information, etc). Once we checked out they left me a review on AirBnB saying I was their "worst guest ever" because I had minimal expectations of accessing the property (we just wanted to get in the door) and using the facilities (such as the TV & wifi). Reading their reviews to any guest who had a criticism was fun - totally unprofessional and condescending to almost anything that wasn't praise. Do not recommend.

Spent my birthday weekend at “The Waterfront” & had timeless moments with my group of 15 family/friends. Very spacious home, good amount of rooms & bathrooms on all levels, cannot say anything negative with my time here. Val is the epitome of what a host represents. A straight forward, informative & lenient host. Thank you for having us!
