You can come early and try your luck they have overnight parking. However, sometimes they will not take you before your appointment my advice is checkin and go to the nearest truck stop they will call you when the door is available.

Very happy to write this review. My experience here was not bad at all. I actually arrived a day early and was allowed to wait for early unloading which worked out great for my next load to home time. This place has a parking area to the left of the guard shack not a lot of parking but enough to hold at least 12 or so trucks. Nice clean restroom unisex, vending machines, and microwave (Also a place to dispose of your trash so drivers let’s keep it that way TIA). There are very few shippers and receivers like this so lets do our part to keep it that way. I had frozen and meat. I did wait a while (8am to around 1:30pm). I understood the process they handle the trucks by appointments first can’t expect to skip the line. I’m grateful they allow me to come in early. Now it took less time to unload me then I waited to get a dock door. Really simple process when checking in bring your paperwork. Guard will ask you for the seal when he’s ready to give you a dock door. Go down to the receiving office turn in your paperwork. Go ahead and back into your door. Wait for the call to check out and make payment. Plenty of space for backing the only down side is that the restrooms are at the main gate if you need to go after you get a door.

Lumper service is absolutely horrible. Wait 3 hours after unloading to get my paperwork
