We need a new property Manager ain't no way Maria can be that disrespectful and still works here no way. Today was my second encounter with her, while I was talking to her about an issue I have in my apartment she was rolling her eyes when it was time for her to talk she raises her voice and please it not the mask. So I request a service to be done in my closet cause the shelve is to low comparing to my neighbors apartment with same floor maintenance guy told me his boss said no, went to the office while he was talking to Iliana he said" I'm not doing it" over heard the convo please somebody get this work done cause I sure pay my maintenance fees on time therefore he shouldn't say the he won't do it. That was a slap in the face and property Manager is straight trash. She has a history of being rude to tenant and it is not ok.

Different strokes for different folks! I have lived here for over 2years and just renewed my lease recently. Of course i must really like it to want to continue living here. i have brought people here who have also brought people here and are still living here with renewed leases.. As far as gunshots, i have never heard a single one in 2yrs but then again i work nights, so maybe truly i have been missing out on all the riveting CSi Wyckford episodes. As for the staff, everyone had been nothing shot of amazing. Candy, Samantha and Iliana welcomed me to this environment with open arms. Then Ms. Maria Ayala came in as the new Manager but my physical interaction with the office had become quite limited since they made rent payment and other request a seamless online process. However, she's been exceptional, professional and PATIENT cos i tell you i'm a very troublesome, irritable, and inpatient tenant with very bad OCD. I hate when Handymen/Maintenance comes into an apartment with their shoes all over the carpet or leaving dirty finger prints on the walls. This i had expressed to this lady and she treated me with respect despite my salty disposition to her coming from another lady she handled the situation accordingly. She always told me to never hold back on any feedback regardless of how unpleasant it may come across. And the other lady too, they're always both ready to up and jump to work each time i complained through text or calls.

you can never get ahold of anyone in the office if you call them, i always had to email them. if you call for maintenance they come pretty quick but they don’t really fix anything, i’ve had several things just fall off and i had them come several times to come fix and they always end up just falling off again so it doesn’t stay fixed very long. i’ve seen roaches in my apartment i’ve emailed them about since they never answer the phone and they never did anything about. i paid for a pest fee of $1.50 a month but the whole 8 months i lived there nobody came to spray anything. all the bills are included with rent i always wondered if they just lied about the bills because they sure lied about the pest control coming monthly. the apartment we seen she said it will look just like this but across the street and it definitely wasn’t the same place we seen. over all disappointing apartment. especially to pay so much for it to be so raggedy. not to mention they turn the water off for a few hours every month to work on pipes & it will definitely flood! i gave it a 2 star for the whole complex it’s quite and nice people there but i wouldn’t recommend
