Our toilet is still not fixed. The maintenance man said he was coming back and never did. Our bathroom smells like a porter potty. It’s disgusting!!! Nothing never gets fixed when it’s an emergency!!! The water drains down to the kitchen cabinet and I had to remove food from our kitchen cabinets. We still have rodents. These apartments are unsanitary and not safe to live in.

We saw a lot changes ever since Victor Buquer came in as Assistant manager. He put his tenants first and addressed every little concern and issue you have. Nice place to live especially if you have kids. Keep up the good work Victor🎉.

there for 1 year bad place to live bad maintenance and Lucinda she dont know how to talk to ppl every months i have a different problem cant wait to leave really. bad and it expensive

This is one hell of a place to live, Don't come here as you will be welcomed by staffs who don't care if you get value for the money you are paying and will never listen to you when you complain about their apartment. They don't care about their roaches infested apartment.
