Rent is affordable and the layout is nice. My problems lie within the upkeep of this complex. I believe they should have a company come spray for insects and other small bugs in the warmer months once a month. Leasing office can take a while to respond if you call and leave a message, but if you go straight to the office, your issues will be handled immediately.

June 6 2022 This is my 2nd time living in this apartment complex because it was a great place and so I just came back to it when I moved back to this state end of 2019. The owner changed over around November 2021 & something has been off a month before the November 2021 notification of a new owner. What is odd? The Benztak Property property manager sends eviction notifications/ warnings in lieu of Late Charge notifications - all of the time. And that does not align with the Lease Agreement you will sign. Lots of moving out going on in a very nice apartment complex and a good sense of community. I think it is because many people do not understand what the notification / warning means & that - it is not accurate.

The new property management company (Beztak) running these apartments is not as professional as the previous one. It is quickly going down the drain. Maintenance is not done on time and and if done, it is not done properly. I do not plan to renew the lease. I am not going to pay such a high amount of rent and receive mediocre service in return.

I have lived here a year . Hermitage Apartments are great . The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants. The office staff is nice and very helpful. Maintenance is awesome!
