Yes you just have to park closer to the auto parts store and enter through that side to get in the building. They fenced in a path to the door. The remodeling is entirely exterior as far as I know.
Sometimes. The types of home products they carry varies, and when you see something you like, you need to buy it then since they may never have it again. I've seen those lap desks a couple times in the last few years, but I don't know if they have them now.
They won't give you cash back with out a receipt but you can get a in store gift card
Yes you can use Instacart with certain stores with EBT.
