The campsites are large and well spaced out. However, on all the brochures and website, it shows an awesome water obstacle course. It's there, but $16 per kid and $17 per adult for 50 minutes. It would have been nice for it to be mentioned in the advertising that the course is run by a third party and is spendy. Fun, but spendy

Many beautiful wooded sites. Have stayed in 3 of the loops. Hickory seems to be most rustic. Only thing preventing 5 stars is lack of emptying station. However, there are a few nearby places for a minimal charge. I believe they have mobile trucks to empty at brought in on some Sundays.

The electric cord on our camper didn't reach the box at the campsite, but they were kind enough to let us switch 2 not times free of charge. The water on tap is excellent. The camping sites are secluded and there is very little traffic. A few small playgrounds are available.

It's changed a bit over the years but a tried an true campground. Bath house finally redone 2 years ago, not a fan of the hand dryer system but other than that no complaints. I have been going here every year for almost 26 years. Now that I have children, I take them camping here. I love it and they do too.
