I have lived in Hawaiian gardens mobile home park for 11 years and they have raised our lot rent every year for the past 11 years! Ridiculous! I plan on moving soon. Fortunately we own our double wide trail or or we would not have been able to afford lot rent plus the mortgage. I would run from this place!

Rent was raised by $65.00 a month because everyone else is raising rent costs, so they can too.

We are paying 750. That's rent and lot rent together. It's brand new on a decent lot. But it's 2 bed, 1 bath. If you live on a "lake" lot I know the rent is a bit more. Closer to 600 a month. But like the other person said. It's usually around 520-530.
