Love my doctor here! They are attentive to me and my children via portal every time. Something that's not the doctors fault are the phones they are dreadful. Everyone is nice here. Been going to my doctor a long time. He moved into the practice he stayed the same but I don't care for the merge. Needs a call center or something. Doctor is amazing. My daughter is sick had a student call here for a virtual appointment and he said to go in today for a visit bc of the symptoms zero issues. In and out.

I been with this office as a patient, and I have not had any problems in any shape or form. I love the people that work there and they are very very qualified and very A+ with customer service. Anyone that goes and visit a doctor needs to have patience sometimes it takes a longer and sometimes it doesn't but the word is patient you just need to have a little bit of patience and understanding!

I went here a year ago and it took two hours to see two student doctors that didn’t know what they were doing. They asked me the same questions multiple times and very audibly were frustrated with a computer system they didn’t know how to use. I saw the actual doctor for less than five minutes. I didn’t reschedule but today received a notification saying I had an appointment this week. News to me. Tried to log in the the patient portal and the website is down. Tried to call TWELVE times and was met with busy signals or hung up on. Currently on hold for 45 minutes and counting just to cancel an appointment I didn’t make in the first place so I can make sure I don’t get billed for something that I didn’t do.

Went here for years. Unfortunately though I felt I was not getting the care I was asking for. Wait times were never bad for me. Talking to a nurse or even a scheduler/receptionist was a bit difficult to connect to. Most receptionists and nurses were kind. I have only experience 1-2 nurses that were very difficult to deal with, both were over the phone. No issues with nurses on site. I found this office really pushed for portal use such as sending me messages instead of calling me. I stated this was not ny preference but that did not change receiving what I felt were important results through portal only. The office was not a good fit for my health and needs, but I find that a doctor is *not* one size fits all and is about what fits with you and your needs. My visits were usually average though there is one NP and one DO I started to request I never get on my visits. This was thankfully always respected. I do like that they have multiple offices but this sometimes does cause issues to patient care.
