If car is a 4dr sedan the windows can be tinted only 30 percent the back glass can be as dark as you want it. New York State implemented the law where when your vehicle goes in for its annual inspection the inspection station will put a tint meter on your windows if they are to dark the tint will have to be removed b4 you receive your annual inspection sticker. Most places charge for the removal of the tints. Any further questions feel free to message me.

I don't think Rainbow Tint does inspection.

Honestly you are better connecting to United Radio in Syracuse for a refurb or cruising the internet for a used. We do not repair factory or aftermarket. If the problem is wiring based, we will charge an hourly rate as time allows. It's most likely a radio problem.
