My Construction Manager was Luis and he was amazing! Super professional and responsive. Always kept me up to date on the progress of my home and always answered all my requests. My Sales manager was Mario and he is a gem too! The whole DiVosta crew was fantastic. I can't wait to move in.

We just closed and we are very happy with the quality, finishes and overall maintenance of the community. Our realtor Diego Cruz found this gem of builder and community. The Divosta Agent Lisa was great throughout the process; as well as our designer Stacey was awesome helping us narrow all the options for the upgrades. Luis our contractor manager was outstanding. He is very detail oriented, has an excellent personality to deal with a long process and he tried as much as he could to maintain us up to date on every step of our build. We are very happy with our house and look forward to have beautiful years building a family.

planning on purchasing the Conopy model. How is the construction of the home? Have you had allot of issue after closing with fixing problems?

We purchased a Pinnacle model last year. Construction was on the higher end of semi custom homes. Block construction and metal studs, I was they would have used 5/8" sheetrock in garage for fire rating. Jeff was our building manager he was very fair and pleasure to work with. Any issues were promptly addressed by him. One recommendation is to be sure your punch list is complete before closing, as scheduling after closing repairs was a nightmare (not building, then it becomes warranty and a totally different contact). Overall no regrets!
