I spent close to 40 minutes in the drive- thru, McDonalds is supposed to be great at fast service, I couldn’t believe how long it took to get through the line.

l have ordered hot drinks by the touch screen and paid $5.87 by card. 5 minutes later they said there is no hot drinks available. Than they refunded the money but l just seen my bank account they refunded $4.48 so they have stolen my $1.39

This is the worst McDonald’s ever!- For example- On different occasion I tried to order Sweet Ice Tea- They are either out of ICE, NO Sweet Tea or Sweet Tea No Ice. It seems to me they have employed a lot of teenagers to operate this restaurant . Whom ever is the Owner of this franchise may want to consider closing the location until either their finances get write on sell it. I do understand that we are in a pandemic but this horrible. This McDonald’s has been in this location for more than 20+ yrs and services has never been this bad.

They always mess up the order as well. I can say I have only gotten the correct food once or twice. They don't care.
