Customer service was horrible and there was only sauce on half of the pizza I ordered. Poorly made.

Received the wrong pizza. As far as I am concerned, Pizza Hut should only make one type of pizza. I like their pan pizzas, not a fan of any other pizza they make. And I do order from them because their delivery is usually fast. Last night I ordered some pizza. Shortly after placing my order, I received a text that my pizza was being delivered through Door Dash. I did not want Door Dash. I have had some less than stellar interactions with Door Dash. Strike one. So knowing that my pizza was not going to be the usual quick hot delivery, it was already in the works, so OK. When my food was delivered I open the box, and... not what I had ordered. I paid a dollar extra for 2 pan pizzas and i got a pizza that was not what I ordered, was warm, not hot. The brownie was good.

Spent $35 on my son's birthday, today. It was the worst takeout food I've ever gotten from anywhere. Wet Pizza undercooked. Cinnamon buns undercooked. Drove from St Lucie West to pick it up got it home and it was not edible. Call the manager who said I'm sorry, you can get another Pizza a different day. I just want my money back to get some dinner somewhere else.

The store located at 1014 SE Port Saint Lucie Blvd picked up & hung up 7 times when I attempted to order. The last time it sounded like I was transferred to their fax machine. I finally had to order online and have my delivery person from a 3rd party company relay to them my message by using their personal phone. The delivery driver informed me that it was two teenagers working there and saw them not pick up the phone. When I told a female worker about being hung up on repeatedly she denied it. And my food that was made incorrectly I was told would take an additional 15 minutes to complete. I feared them messing with the food so I told them to send what they had (which was not what I ordered) and just reported them to the delivery service after the driver showed me the picture of the sloppy-made incorrect items. Horrible experience. Please have courteous, responsible adults working on every shift as according to my delivery driver from the third-party company this is a repeat offense from this particular store.
