I went in for help with my new phone. The service was unbelievably bad. A white worker named Dena was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Her attitude was horrible. The whole scene was surreal. She told me to fix my own phone. Got up and walked away. I asked another worker for the manager. The manager came and switched out my Sim cards but did not return the Sim card from my new phone. When I told her that I wanted to complain about Dena's horrible customer service she said and did nothing. By that time Dena had reappeared from the back and walked out the door. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for good customer support.

I went back to Verizon from Spectrum. In terms of the quality of the service (coverage, etc) Verizon is the best in the nation (granted there is increasingly less competition). As far as service...as in customer care, that varies. In my case, I would give a shout out to Pricila the manager on duty when I activated new phones for my wife and myself. She was patient and persistent over the 24 hour period it took to get everything transferred from Spectrum. The other staff we briefly worked with were equally committed both with us and with other customers. As I said customer care varies. When I came into the store a third time with a concern I was having regarding my phone, the manager on duty was Kevin. In short, my advice would be to avoid working with Kevin. Not only was he quick to be dismissive of my concern, he was equally uncaring and borderline rude to an older woman who clearly just wasn't savvy with technology. He repeatedly came across as someone who has no interest or patience to work through customer concerns unless it is a very simple and obvious fix. At any rate, this Verizon store is generally good. The majority of the staff are pleasant to work with. Aside from one manager, I will continue to use this location for any future needs.

Really challenging service here at this location. Initially helpful but then worked with Arianna who berated me repeatedly for coming in to the store instead of doing the work over the phone. When I asked multiple times to follow up with a manager I never received follow up. Well, I suppose I learned my lesson to not go to a brick and mortar store for help but that does seem silly to have a store staffed with people and then be so unhelpful.

Stopped by the store for quick assistance with Apple Watch screen protector installation, and was amazed by the service I was provided by Mark the manager. Great service, efficient communication, super friendly, and the most important thing is that he was willing to help!!! Honestly he was the most professional, knowledgeable, and best manager I have ever been helped by!! Thank you Mark!! You are awesome!!! I wish I could give 100 stars!!! 🌟
