Was turned onto the Tracey Truck parts guys by Julian Hansen of the Minimizer fender company, as I was looking for a distributor of their products. Called and spoke to one of the online parts counter guys (John) and we had a discussion about the product, warranty, shipping and delivery options. He explained things about the products that I had no knowledge of, and cemented my thoughts regarding whom I was going to buy my parts from. John made it so I couldn't have had a better conversation, and experience. After our phone call, I went online as he suggested, placed my order, and before you knew it, the parts were on my doorstep. From my initial experience, these people are top notch ! I will use this company for my truck parts needs in the future.

Greg from the Collision repair center was one of the best shop managers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. My truck went in with quite a bit of damage and parts needing to be repaired. He did everything he could to get the right OEM parts for my truck in during this whole supply chain issue. He was great about communicating to me where we were in the process the entire time. When we first picked our truck up, we drove it a bit and an electrical issue came up. He personally came in on Labor Day weekend to help us out and ensure that our truck was on the road as soon as physically possible. He went above and beyond. A lot of shops will lie to you, take advantage of you, and not go out of their way to help you in a pinch. This shop is the exception! Greg runs his shop well and I'm very grateful for how his team took care of our truck. My wife & I have worked very hard to own our own truck and he was very considerate of the fact that this truck is how we make a living. You won't regret choosing this place to take care of you if you've been in an accident in NY.

Tracey Road is committed to keep our community and customers safe during this pandemic. We ask that employees and customers be wearing a mask when entering any Tracey Road building.
