Skipped my delivery due to driver being lazy

East Syracuse location delivery hub typically has packages received incoming then transfers out for delivery. Today on Sunday with confirmation my package was being delivered via FedEx text app.. I literally watched the truck pull up, stop for 2 seconds and then drive away. They Never made any slight bit of effort to deliver the package whatsoever! Even have it on camera! An hour later I get a text via FedEx app package undeliverable will attempt next business day! Unbelievable!!! Not that I can’t wait till next day but really what was the point of the package delivery today if not going to stop and deliver the package!!!! Certainly wasn’t our regular FedEx delivery guy who always makes an effort. Obviously someone who didn’t want to work on a Sunday! If that’s the case find another job because it’s not our fault you made commitment to accept a job knowing the hours etc!

I had a package that was supposed to be here on Sunday, comes to find out it was delayed and would be here Monday. Monday comes around package was never delivered. Tuesday i get a notification saying it’s out for delivery. doesn’t come. now today is Wednesday i got another notification that it’ll be out for delivery today. i checked the tracking and says delayed. i called customer service to go pick up my package and she was very rude. this fedex site is awful. never going through here again. i’m not sure if there is a way around being able to pick my package up or not but i’m beyond upset.
