I asked for drenched boneless wings & this is what I got. Few of them aren’t even covered in sauce. My sister pre-called in advance & asked them to put extra sauce on wings. (Their we’re more wings, my sister & I split them already).

I haven't had Buffalo Wild Wings in about two years due to the horrendous experiences I've had at every Lafayette/West Lafayette location. To name a few of the issues: Waiting 1.5+ hours after the ETA given with online ordering to get the wrong food. Waiting 1+ hour dining in to get the wrong order (absolutely no one but me in the restaurant) Consistently no sauce on the wings, at times absolutely no sauce when requesting extra. This location? Went on a semi-busy Saturday with 2 (at most 3) servers working. Had our food within 15-20 minutes, waiter was extremely attentive, and everything came out fantastic. 10/10 every Buffalo Wild Wings in Indiana could learn from how this store is managed.

Was actually a pretty good experience this visit. Wings were quite good, service exceptional. The pickles were spot on, and my wife liked the knots. As always, cost more than it should, but was just about worth it. Keep this up, and the brand can turn itself around.

Service was great and the food was very good too. What hung me up was the sauce was globbed down on the wings. I didn't really go for that. I didn't say anything or send it back. I just wiped off the wings and ate. Definitely not a bad experience, just a food preference. I will go back for sure!!
