I called and placed a reservation for a Sunday at 6:10 pm. We still waited about 15 min when we got there. Not a big deal. Our server was nice it was JD. He got everything we needed or asked for in a timely manner and was very polite. The issues we had were that we ordered our food and it took the kitchen over 40 minutes to get our food out. The food runner brought out half of our meal which we understand the trays aren’t big enough, but if that’s the case then bring the kids meals first; every adult in the world would be fine with their kids eating first. When the food runner brought out my husband sizziln fajitas he didn’t bring the tortillas so we had to wait for JD to come check on us; which wasn’t long thankfully(!) to get his tortillas. The food was good and the server was great. The wait, food runner, and kitchen definitely need some work. When the food runner does things like that it makes the server look bad, luckily we’ve worked in the food industry for over 10 years each and know it wasn’t his fault. That messes with the servers tips for some people.

Went there last night for curbside. Brought everything out fine. When I got home (which is over 30 minutes away) o open my food and my nachos are completely burnt. I mean they are so dark brown there's no way it wasn't seen. There were no condiments with it except sour cream which I specifically said I didn't want. My kids got burgers. They said they were pretty good but lacking salt (could totally be a preference thing on that) I used to love chili's but now I'm not sure about going back. They've increased prices (which is fine because well prices are increasing on their supplies) but their quality has gone down.

I arrived ar the tail end of my time and still had to wait an extra 15 minutes to start. Then I ordered a half of Texas fries. They were disgusting. Hard, old, not able to be eaten. How they made it out the restairant I have no clue. They were so hard, I pulled one fry and the entire order came out the container attached to each other, hard, gross. Then I ordered loaded mashed potatoes no chives, covered in chives and lukewarm. Then my Mexican rice missing completely. I had a 10 Oz steak with no rice. And the steak was overcooked. My Cajun pasta was fine, hard to mess that up even though it was also lukewarm, but I do live 15 mins away so...I will NOT be ordering from chili's for a while. I get being short staffed and having to wait, but having to wait for disgusting food that if u served that in restaurant u wld be laughed at is beyond ridiculous. I hung up after waiting 10 mins for a manager. It just wasn't worth it. I'm done.
