Quality Inn & Suites near Panama City Beach

Purchased a room after a long night of driving, unloaded our things went up to the room to only find multiple signs of bed bugs and dead bed bug carcasses. Immediately went back down to front desk and said we can’t stay here and would like our money back considering we actually had the room for no longer than 10 minutes. They refused. Wasted hundreds of dollars to have a room for 10 minutes. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel smell like mildew also there is no hot water half way through your shower don’t get the hot tub room unless you want cold hot tub water….They should warn you it’s a %10 limit on hot water per person

Checked in @ night. Night staff was great! Good advice on where to eat. Good basic housing. The only bad thing I can say was the bed was way too soft for my liking. Otherwise, very good place to stay!

We stayed here on the last night of our trip because nothing else was available. When we arrived the room’s bed were not made and we requested someone to come in and fix them and it took maybe an hour or two so we just played in the pool while we waited. I could even bet they didn’t clean the room if the beds weren’t made at arrival. The room didn’t seem dirty other than dust which is fine. It was a dark room though no main lights just a bunch of lamps which is odd. We only stayed here one night but it was about 400 we definitely got scammed because this was no where near worth that much for one night. I guess the up about it was it was a pretty quiet stay. It is a drive from main Panama City Beach so I would look elsewhere before choosing this place. Had it not been for the fact that there was literally nothing we could find for cheap and moderately satisfactory for one night this would not have been where we stayed.
