The hotel can not control noisy people. I, along with people staying in other downstairs rooms, were extremely annoyed by what sounded like a playground above. It is absolutely unreal how nonstop the running and jumping was all day and night. The noise can not be emphasized enough. You WILL hear every step, every door shut in the hallway as well. The same noisy herd also swarmed the complimentary breakfast, nearly rendering it unappetizing. Complimentary breakfast includes waffles that guests have to make themselves with a waffle maker. The serving area is too small, so multiple people wait in a cluttered area for their turn at the waffle maker, standing in the way of anyone who wants to get to other selections. They also seemed to trash up the pool, leaving their goggles or towels everywhere. This hotel somehow attracts crowds of unruly people as if it was advertised specifically to them. The TV can also be heard from the next room. The gym should put instructions on the equipment and monitor it and make sure unsupervised kids stay out. There is a car wash next door, so there is also the occasional bass booming car radio. Approaching from the north requires a u-turn on a major boulevard. The TV did not have a channel guide. Stay away if you don't like noise.

Might have given 4 stars BUT… BOB (the manager) makes the guest plunge the hotel’s clogged toilet. Paid over $200 for 1 night. Didn’t expect to have to work on my vacation due to faulty plumbing‼️ Why is their No on site maintenance person for this price point⁉️ Do better smh. Also, I could hear everything going on in the rooms above and beside me. Music, T.V., talking, walking etc. May as well had a sheet dividing the rooms.

Nice room and all but the fridge in the room is froze over and barely works, says pet friendly, are not pet friendly, there is no hot tub, they have muffins and stuff for breakfast for food safety but only 1 staff member I saw during my stay was wearing a mask so that was useless was just trying to save money. I was evacuating for the fire on alkins ave and wanted my family to have a decent time. The wifi doesn't work, asked them to see if they could get it fixed didnt to anything but try to connect it on my phone when I said it wasnt even working on the TV's. The elevator is horrible, it makes a really bad grinding noise and the elevator actually started moving before the door even closed. It was not worth it.

This was a very disappointing experience as it was the first time staying at a Choice property. The staff was personable and polite. The bed was comfortable. Now for the negs: The hall floors needed vacuumed, two lights in our room were burned out, the shower head/neck were extremely loose to where we we afraid to adjust the aim, the tub/shower converter redirected 50% of water to the shower head, there was mold around the tub, the AC/heater functioning was questionable and the “hot breakfast” was wrapped pastry to heat in a microwave. The management can’t do much to control the guests but we could hear the TV in adjacent room, and every step the person in above room took.

No. Its 35 min drive to pcb, or 10 to Tyndall beach. 40 to Mexico beach. Front beach drive is maybe 10 but limited acess and not the white sand.
