I've gone here several times in a pinch for not quite ER visit but need to be seen quick. The longest wait I had was an hour and a half on a Friday morning.....but every person there was sick and being tested for COVID. Even still, she swabbed for Covid AND flu. They're always thorough and friendly. Just went today for a lego up my son's nose. She got it out quick and without damaging his sinuses.

Maybe the phones are answered by main clinic and they close at 5. At least that is my guess. 🤷
Sometimes but you would need to have a visit with a provider in the office to discuss it because it is determined on an individual basis.
