This has got to be the worst Hospital!!!!! My 2 week old Grandson is still in a another Hospitals NICU Because your staff almost killed my prior to birth Healthy Grandson !!

My experience with BHC, not just with the ER section, has been great. The second floor ICU and Fourth floor surgical staff were very kind and helpful. ER? After driving all the way from Moberly for my wife to have an emergency operation just to be told she was not in the system yet and they would come get me when she was only for me to have to ask again after an hour wait would have caused me to miss what was going on. The ER section of BHC seemed confused but the areas I previously mentioned were awesome 👍

I would not go to this Hospital!!! My Grandson was born September 3 and has been in NICU at a New Hospital for 2 weeks and still there cause they almost killed my Healthy Grandson !!! Please go to another Hospital!!!
