So I am unfortunately forced to say I will not again vote for John truesdale showed up in Clark and was full of lies and threatened multiple people and we also have him on video admitting to burning a truck to the ground for his friend so I apologize for this but our county has to realize what they have as a commissioner.

I had court on June 11, 2019. Court was scheduled for 1:00 with Judge Cooksey. We did not get into the courtroom until a little after 1:30 and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for Judge Cooksey to appear. Judge and council did not seem organized. Have a little respect for individuals and start court on time! We are expected to honor and respect the judge??? Come on people!

Call the county. You won't get the answer from Google, they don't know. If you never filed divorce paperwork with the county then your most likely still married.
I do not know because I have never filed one. If you call the county clerks office they should have that info. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
Open at 9 for court
Call the Circuit Clerk's office and explain your situation. The clerk will talk with the judge, and it is possible that the judge will excuse you from appearing.
The short answer is hire a lawyer - or else will be very hard to accomplish
