They have completed 2 applications for flea and tick control with absolutely no relief for our dog. I called to cancel my service and was told I couldn't cancel the service. They said they wanted to come out for a re-treatment and I said no thanks since the first 2 applications did nothing. Bottom line is they refused to cancel further treatments. Going to report them to the Better Business Bureau next.
