The hotel had nice clean rooms and the wait staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the elevator was out during my stay. I don't know if this is a common issue for them however it wasn't for me. .....still going to give them a better than average rating.

Last minute reservations on Memorial Day. The staff was awesome in getting me a room after stopping at a Days Inn and was told that I couldn't get a room without a manager override (even though I was told that they had plenty of rooms). Very grateful for the staff here.

It was a good and clean Hotel. Is a non smoking hotel so have that in mind. And you have to book early cause if you wait it will be sold about. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

At check in there was a notice that the rooms may experience water pressure due to plumbing issue and a plumber would be there on Monday. When asked about the pressure and how bad it really was…I was not given a very definitive answer. We were given the option to cancel, but at 3:00 on a Saturday where else were we supposed to go beings we are from out of town. By the time we were able to take showers our water pressure was a DRIP!!!!!! We had to hold a cup under the shower head and fill it up in order to shower and rinse ourselves. We were not offered a discounted rate or anything! I will consider staying elsewhere on our next stay here as we frequent this location often. Customer service was rude and hotel as not up to par for sure.
