Almost always short staffed and treated residents and staff horribly. Facility had residents names pasted on their windows (not following HIPPA) and has had wrongful termination and disciplinary actions.

I'm a CNA currently & from my point of view it's a lovely place. I don't only care for my residents as a job, I care for every one of them holistically. I love working with my peers & our DON Chrystal is absolutely phenomenal and gets things done in a very timely manner.

Our long-term care neighborhood is 24-hour secure facility, but visitors are welcome and encouraged any time, day or night.
Our health services team is top-of-the-line. We have a dedicated skilled nursing team of RNs, LPNs and CNAs who provide 24-hour nursing care. We also offer a variety of physical, occupational, and speech therapies customized to individual care plans.
We offer private residences where residents can receive qualified, around-the-clock nursing care.
Doors are locked, and security key codes are required for entry and exit. Wander guard is available for residents who need extra security. Residents are fully supervised.
We offer private and semi-private accommodations as well as 24/7 supervision from one of our team members.
We are here to help with most aspects of daily life. All meals are covered under the monthly fee, as are medication management, and a call system for immediate needs.
If you have been driving before you move into Emporia Presbyterian Manor, you may continue to drive. Carport parking is available. We also provide scheduled transportation.
Of course! We encourage our residents to go on day trips or take vacations as they please. Independent living is designed to allow you to live an active lifestyle without the stress of home maintenance or repairs, housekeeping, or even meal preparation.

Yes, we allow pets in independent living. Residents may have one dog or cat, two birds, and/or fish.
Yes, parking is available for independent living residents. We have optional carports.
Dining is an important component of our culture at Emporia Presbyterian Manor. We offer flexible meal plans with seasonal and always-available menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner so you can choose what you’d like to eat. One meal is included in independent living, with additional dining available.
We have monitors on all entrances and exits. Independent living and assisted living entry is via a keycode.
Medicare only covers therapy services, not room and board for any level of care. Medicaid covers long-term care room and board expenses only. It does not cover room and board for independent living or assisted living.
For Independent Living, We offer beautiful studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as townhomes. For Assisted Living, we offer beautiful studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments.
