Tonight upon arriving we were greeted with genuine hospitality that I haven't experienced in a long time. The ladies at the front desk provided us with a little background of the area and the school which interest my daughter. They made me feel both welcomed and comfortable after a long day. The rooms delicately and tastefully tailored, and the suites exceeded my expectations. Great Location, Great Service, Near by Dining, I have definitely found my go to spot when visiting Auburn.

We had a five night stay at this location. Excellence from start to finish. One of the best lodging experiences we’ve ever had. Amazing hospitality. Every staff member (valet, desk, dining, housekeeping, etc.) was so polite, professional, and engaging. The facilities and rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to campus, shopping, and other dining options. Definitely a Five-Star experience.

The hotel is not worth the money. There is only one elevator working and the stairs do not go to the main lobby but go outside to the pool. Good luck dragging luggage. There isn't any perks to staying there other than location. The hotel will nickel and dime you to death because they cater to the Rich who are trying to show off. Thank God I only paid 149 a night and not the normal 300 plus a night. I saw someone pay 8 dollars for a biscuit. The VALET is awesome and the only highlight of the visit. I plan to tell everyone I know in North Alabama to avoid this hotel because the location is not worth the hassle. Beware staying there it's just not worth it.

It seems like I’m an outlier here on reviews. The bathroom shower wouldn’t drain properly and had lots of grime that wasn’t cleaned. In addition, lots of dust, grime, and moth balls scattered around the floor of the elevator areas and fitness rooms. The fourth floor swayed like I had vertigo, especially when cars would pass by quickly. I called the front desk and received no answer after 5 minutes and went down to the front desk to get in touch with someone. The small, quaint conference rooms allowed little room to barely squeeze by each other when seated at tables or networking. Although the banquet dinner was ribeye, the food was dry and unseasoned. A couple pluses are that it’s a good location and clean walls and yummy coffee. Sadly, overall the type of services I received were poor.

Call the hotel, they are very helpful with locating any items. Best of luck.
Hi Lyda, our restaurant Ariccia will offer our normal dinner menu and a special New Year's Eve menu. Piccolo will also have live music starting at 9pm. More information is available on our website at www.auhcc.com/holidays
They have 1 I think and a few elipticals and about 4 treadmills. Decent hotel fitness area...
Around 200, like Holly said 236. The top floor is presidential. Very beautiful hotel and all rooms are clean!
