Amazing customer service. I had my iPhone XR screen replaced with a refurbished screen, but it had some issues initially. The first replacement had scratches under the glass which I didn’t notice until later. He replaced it for free since it …More

Not very professional. All though they were the only place who had my repair part in stock. They didn't transfer the flash lense from my back camera bump. The back glass had a gap after being installed. And they completely butchered the mid housing cutting my phone open with a razer blade. I expected a little bit better quality of repair. Specially on a phone that cost me 1,500$.

Absolutely horrible. I paid $200 for water damage and the new screen he installed is cheap and easily breakable. Not even after two weeks the phone cracked by me applying pressure on the screen and my phone glitches constantly- he was no help when I came back in about it. So rude and offered “$20 off”. If I could give zero stars I Would.

Late last night my cat knocked my iPhone off a counter and shattered it. I went to this Phone Clinic the next afternoon and the man was very nice. Had it fixed within 30 minutes! I just went to Little Italy and grabbed some pizza, by the time I came back to wait for my phone it was already fixed! Looks great and he even put on a screen protector for free. Very nice, fast service. It cost $108 for me, not too bad. I’ve paid more for less quality work and he had an option for a lower quality screen (just the outer part, not the screen itself) for about $10-15 less, but I went with the premium. Great service! (It was an iPhone 7, other ones might cost something different).

Depends on the phone but usually around $65.00. They do good work.
They will charge you for a diagnostic fee at around $60 to tell you that they don't fix headphones after 2 days. Happened to my friend's Beats Studio 3.
You can get it from them for very cheap, but other stores like Cellairis on North College or the new Cellairis in the Opelika Wal-Mart use higher quality screens so that you don't become a return customer because of a bad repair job. Also the Cellairi replace the S8 screens with a frame to maintain as much water and dirt resistance as possible post-repair.
I don't know the exact amount for that phone but mine was less than$50.00. I was able to keep all my information. Great!!
Not sure the eactcprice on the iphonex I know 100.00 or a little over. And the iphone 5s I think less than a 100.00. You can google the number and call them they will give you the exact prices.
Should be able to, just matter of how much $$$ they have to replace( board, battery etc) Go and get estimates to see if the repair cost can be justified or get a new iPad since they are super cheaper if you get the right model (not the lastest and greatest is your main Moto)
Don't know, but this place was reasonable
Probably. Doesn't hurt to ask them
You can reset the iPhone. You need a laptop with iTunes on it to do so. This is something that can be done for free at home, but Phone Clinic will charge you nearly $80 for a free a home task. Highly recommend doing this at home and calling Apple support for assistance.
