Ordered a pizza, wings and cinnamon buns for delivery at 10pm on a Thursday. When the order wasn't here by 11:45, we called the store. Even though the tracker had said they were still making the food, the store was closed. Never got the food, never got a call or email. Now I have to work on getting a refund.

Pizza hut independence sucks rude , no pizza ran my card , say 3 days for credit . I will go to store tomorrow and get a answer. Employee hung up on me , waited over 1 hour , order was voided no return call left me hanging .

The exact same thing happened to me but but it took 2 and a 1/2 hours and being called a liar for me to get my refund fun and still no pizza

I pay cash only but they do tske credit cards also.
