Absolutely beautiful scenic nature preserve that is right next to to Horsetooth Reservoir. On the northern side of the preserve there is a boat launch for Kayaks. Easy access all around for fishing as well. Trails ate bike and dog friendly and parking lots are free. Pretty much all the basic activities for the taking.

It's a cute little pond with a great walking trail around it, restrooms and a water refill station. Parking is good as well. The views are very pretty, and there is a longer walking/bicycling trail close by as well. Might be muddy after rain or snow and if it gets to bad they will just close the trail completely. I do recommend good shoes and drinking water on hand. You will have cell phone service and it is within just a few minutes of downtown Fort Collins. You can walk the dogs, or the kids here and have a great time!

Visit this area during spring time there are many kinds of flower and vegetation to enjoy, you can park by Maxwell area or by spring canyon park. Dixon reservoir is in this area so if you like fishing bring your poles or just come for a run, you will love it!

Just moved to Fort Collins so had to explore some of the trails. Really liked this trail, I personally prefer dirt to paved, lots of new things to sniff for my puppies, in the summer it will be a hot one, not too busy either which is always good

No, No legal overnight camping here. Dispersed or otherwise. Sorry. Try up the Poudre canyon for boondocking

No. But bikes can ride the trails marked. And must share the trails with all.
