Preston and Shiloh are amazing bud tenders. They help you out so well, and make sure you walk out of there with great quality items. They make the interaction when purchasing, so easy and fun. Would love to smoke with them! Super cool place and people 😎

I feel so at home at Verts. I don't know what they do that feels different from the others but it does. They are super welcoming to pet parents and are always looking for ways to help. Last week I went it to replace a cartridge that wasn't working properly. I told them when I got there how I was bummed about the mishap. They immediately were like "aww you should of called us! we could of replaced it!" It just came up naturally, I wasn't looking for any compensation for what happened. Phil and Shilo jumped into action and figured out a solution for me that was more than generous. Their teamwork and communication with each other was quick and impressive. That experience alone has motivated me to stop here first when I'm out shopping for goodies. Thank you!!!

Great location, Great prices, and even better staff. I purchased a disposable dab pen that did not work, and by simply stating that this happened was enough for Morgan to ask Drew if there was anything he could do for me. Drew took it upon himself to give me a free disposable for my poor exp and thanks to Both Morgan and Drew without me even having to ask I was 100% satisfied.

I love this little shop! Everyone is usually always very friendly! But I am just stopping by to express a tad of frustration. Ever since the new year it seems like y’all are closed randomly quite often and I never get notified of any closures either. It’s just a bit frustrating when you drive over and then you have to drive to a different dispo because y’all are closed. Just a tad frustrating, I think it would be nice for the customers if there were a system in place where we could be notified when there is a closure because I understand things do happen. Like maybe shoot a text out to people who are signed up for texts or post on your social media! Also please update your hours on your social media as well when you change them! That would be very convenient! I know in todays world businesses face many challenges and you guys are rockstars! Just some feedback from a long time customer ☺️
