Normally I have nothing but positive things to say about this location. The staff for the last several years have been nothing short of pleasant, funny and informative. However my last visit, today July 16 at 5: 20 pm with Nancy has completely changed my perspective. Nancy was demeaning, unprofessional, rude and had the audacity to call me a name I won't mention here. Nancy should not be greeting and checking in customers because she clearly has some unresolved anger issues and I was her victim today. If I come in and see Nancy working I plan to speak with her manager immediately because no one should be subjected to her unprofessional temperament, especially after spending the thousands of dollars I have spent at this location. Nancy, smoke something for all of us but you should not be working in customer service. I was so upset I was shaking and I plan on speaking with her manager in person once I return. With that said, this is one individual but the rest of the team there is always friendly, helpful and a delight.

A very professional, friendly place with knowledgeable staff. I am in my late 60’s and wanted to try THC products as a sleep aid and pain reducer. I did not know anything about edibles or the various properties of each variety so I was hesitant to visit a dispensary. LivWell put me at ease. My questions were all thoroughly answered and I appreciated recommendations and advice. The products were high quality and have helped me tremendously. I am a steady customer now and this is the only dispensary I will patronize.

No. You must be a resident with Colorado ID. Infinite Wellness can refer you to a Doctor after you have proper ID. They'll give you a referral discount for the doctor appointment. And once you have a med card you can become a med member and get substantial savings on flower and concentrates as well as everything else they have. Plus a $50 credit towards any purchases when you become a member!
