My grandparents have lived at the Manor for about 6 years- IL, AL, memory care, and finally LTC. I had the privilege of being with my granddad a few days as he was on hospice and end of life. I was so impressed with the compassionate care that all of the staff have provided to both of my grandparents during their time at the Manor. Every single CNA, CMA, and nurse who came into his room was so caring and asked myself and the other family members if they could do anything for granddad, us or bring us anything. I have worked in a SNF for 17 years as a PT/DOR and I understand how stressful it is, especially during a pandemic, however when they came into the room, they sure didn’t show it. It gives me such peace knowing my grandmother is being well cared for. Keep up the good work!

Thank you to all the staff helping take care of my mother in law. Her rehab is going well and the therapy staff and nursing staff have been great! We are very lucky she has been able to come to Salina Presbyterian Manor. Keith even made her a special chocolate milk shake.

Kayla, that's a great question. Our memory care is part of our assisted living. In assisted living, residents need some assistance with the activities of daily living including medication management, but they typically do not require full health care services. In our memory care area, we provide a secure environment, with 24/7 staffing and a wealth of activities to engage the mind with purpose and promote social wellness. All of our memory care team members receive ongoing education and training to stay current in the methods of caring for residents with memory loss. Long-term care is for those who have chronic conditions that require assistance to accomplish the tasks of daily living and health care services. Our goal in our long-term care neighborhood is to provide a calm and enriching environment that lets residents maintain quality of life and that includes personal choice while receiving the around-the-clock care they need.
Our long-term care neighborhood is a 24-hour secure neighborhood. The main campus doors lock from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m., but visitors are welcome and encouraged any time, day or night.
We offer private residences where seniors can receive qualified, around-the-clock nursing care.
