My mother has been a resident for almost 10 years now and we are very impressed with the administrative and nursing staff. Some of them she associates with a person from before she had her stroke and she calls them by that name. Whether it be a church member, someone she taught, or a student, they answer to that name and go with the flow! They all accept and answer to the name she has anointed them with. I'm sure with all of the issues with Covid 19 the entire staff at Pinnacle Park has put in many thankless hours and completed numerous repeated tasks, that we are unaware of! I only hope they know how important they are to our mother and our entire family!

When it came time for Dad to move into full time care, we chose Pinnacle Park because of the positive comments in the community. Since he has settled in, he is very happy with the care and attention he has been given and if Dad is happy that makes us happy. The staff is very friendly and keeps us informed of Dads care and needs..they also take the time to send us photos of special events they have with their residents. A very caring place!
