I had a pleasant experience and thankfully got in & out quickly, but I REALLY do not like that I cannot call the main office to see if they've got my doctor's lab request by fax. I live just under 1 hour away which means if they didn't get the fax and if there is a line--I could be wasting a lot of time. Plus it takes away from my job/pay since their operating hours are only until 4:30pm and they stop taking patents at 4:10pm. The nurses were VERY nice and helpful!

"The boss" as she called herself ...is the rudest woman.... I have never been treated so bad in my life at a business... they asked me to review them and I did and I told them and more rewards than on here how horrible the experience was I've been going there for three years I get my blood tested three four times a year and I'm not going back there again not the one on Ingram that's for sure.. I was always treated kindly and very friendly by Amy...

Why does the Phone number not work? I have called it probably 20 times and it goes straight to a busy signal, no ring.
